Project: Wala Dam project involved construction of a 52 m high Dam with a central RCC section accommodating stepped surface spillway and zoned earthfill wing embankments adapted to suit low modulus abutments. Associated structures comprised intake pipes, draw-off chamber and pipeline (0.5 to 0.9 m Ø) leading to the filtration plant and re-charge well-field.
Tasks Performed: Contract management and dam construction supervision.
